This listing is for PDF plans and DXF cut files to make your own set of alignment tools to complete vehicle alignments yourself at home. This tool allows the toe and camber to be adjusted while the suspension is loaded with the vehicles weight. 

The alignment tool fits 4 and 5 lug hubs from 4x96mm to 4x140mm, and 5x100mm to 5x150mm PCD bolt patterns, with a 2.875" center bore or less.

This tool is intended to be used by people with automotive experience - the build plans do not detail how to set up a vehicles alignment.

The tool accounts for camber angle so you can make all adjustments with the vehicle sitting on the ground, the caster wheels allow you to make adjustments and the wheels will move without resistance (changing toe angle, camber, etc).

The 4" stem caster wheels you source must be rated at 300lbs per caster or greater, and the tool allows for a max vehicle weight of 4500lbs.

A full set of alignment tools would include 4 stands, but two is enough to do many of the adjustments on both front wheels or rear wheels at once.

This project requires CNC cutting, although you could cut the parts by hand without cutting the alignment tab features.
