Make your own Metric 1200x2400mm welding fixture table from 6mm steel plate and 50x50mm square steel tubing for the legs. 1.5mm steel sheet or similar is recommended for the lower shelf.

Fixture holes are sized at 16mm and are spaced 50mm apart on center. 

These plans feature detailed pages of assembly drawings as well as the DXF cut files for all flat CNC cut parts.

This table stands at 1013mm tall and is designed to use adjustable swiveling castors.

The table is intended to be assembled and used by people with shop experience - the build plans do not detail how to use the table.

The slot and tab features have a 0.25mm clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well.

Plasma users may need to clean up the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table.
