This listing is for PDF plans and DXF cut files to make your own welding fixture tables from 0.25" steel plate and 2"x2" square steel tubing. 0.06" steel sheet is recommended for the lower shelf. There are two versions of 5/8" hole size parts included: Standard are sized at 0.630" / 16mm and are spaced 2" apart on center. Additional parts version holes in separate folder are sized exactly at 0.625" for more accurate cutting machines. These plans feature many detailed pages of assembly and part drawings as well as the DXF cut files for all flat CNC cut parts. These tables stand at 40" tall and are designed to use adjustable swiveling castors. The table is intended to be assembled and used by people with shop experience - the build plans do not detail how to use the table. The slot and tab features have a 0.02" - 0.04" clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well. Plasma users may need to clean up the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table. Now included is universal leg mounting bracket files which allow you to use legs from other vendors with 4 hole square mounting patterns from 3.5" x 3.5" to 4.5" x 4.5" center to center (for BIP tables made from 0.25" thick material). The leg mounting holes accept bolts up to 0.5" diameter. Due to the size of these files I can not upload the 4x2 table instructions to Etsy - they are very similar to the other two table instructions, but please message me if you want me to send you the PDF for the 4x2 table instructions as well.
