This welding table file bundle is designed for 1/4" steel - see my other listings for different material thickness versions. 

These DIY welding tables have been designed to be cut on laser, waterjet and plasma CNC machines. The components interlock with tab and slot features which make for easy assembly and an accurate end result. You are encouraged to clamp or bolt the table top assembly together before welding it out for maximum flatness.

Additional Details

Leg + base structure is designed to be constructed from 2x2" square tubing. Files are included to make caster mounting brackets for 2x2 square tube. 

Cut files are included for the lower shelves, intended to be cut from 16ga sheet or similar. 

Additional files are included for universal leg mounting brackets, which allows you to attach off-the-shelf table legs from other manufacturers, with square bolt hole patters from 3.5x3.5" to 4.5x4.5" on center. The leg mounting holes accept bolts up to 1/2" diameter.
