Details:

#10 (5mm) holes spaced 1" on centers for fine adjustment of the license plate location vertically and horizontally. The hole grid allows you to attach the plate mounting bracket in what ever position you choose. 

Recommended material thickness 1/8" (3mm) or similar, mild steel or 5052 aluminum.
