Make your own set of alignment tools to adjust vehicle toe with this DXF cut file.

Simply cut the supplied file and bend it by hand along the edge of a workbench, clamped between wood or in a brake. The tool has hooks on its ends to hold a tape measure in place, to make it easier to measure across the front and back side of the tool to determine toe. 

The alignment tool fits hubs from 4x100mm to 8x210mm, depending on your center bore. There are two sides to the tool, to accommodate different lug spacing.

The 8 lug side of the tool can also fit ATV / SXS lug patterns up to 4x156mm.

This tool is intended to be used by people with automotive experience - the build plans do not detail how to set up a vehicles alignment.

A full set of toe alignment tools would include 2 copies of the tool. Intended to be CNC plasma, laser or waterjet cut from steel or stainless steel.
