Make your own ANSI #40 sprockets in various sizes with these DXF cut files.

Cut the sprockets from 0.25-0.28" steel and weld it to a shaft hub, then grind a slight angle on the teeth for best performance.

This cut file pack is intended for final drive axle sprockets for go karts and mini bikes, to allow fine-tuning of the gear ratio on your motorized vehicle. 

All sprockets in this pack have a 2" (51mm) center bore for welding to X series weld on hubs.
