This is a digital file download including DXF cut files and a PDF guide to cut, bend and weld up your own post brackets for full dimension 6x6 posts (6.0"x6.0" nominal dimension).

These brackets have been designed to be cut on most CNC plasma, waterjet and laser cutting machines. They include corner reliefs and self-aligning tabs to make part fit up and welding easy.

The brackets are designed to be cut from 1/8" or 3mm thick steel as detailed in the guide.
