This 5'x5' (60" x 60") welding table file set includes CNC cut files and PDF instructions to construct your own welding fixture tables from 3/8" steel.

These DIY welding tables have been designed to be cut on laser, waterjet and plasma CNC machines. The components interlock with slot and tab features which make for easy assembly and an accurate end result. You are encouraged to clamp or bolt the table top assembly together before welding it out for maximum flatness.

Making one 5x5 table requires (1.5) 5x10 sheets. The table top piece is a tight fit on 60.25" x 120" sheets; plasma users may need to be careful to ensure the material is zero'd in on the machine properly.
