This 5'x10' (60" x 119.75") welding table file set includes CNC cut files and PDF instructions to construct large welding fixture tables from 1/4" steel.

These DIY welding tables have been designed to be cut on laser, waterjet and plasma CNC machines. The components interlock with slot and tab features which make for easy assembly and an accurate end result. You are encouraged to clamp or bolt the table top assembly together before welding it out for maximum flatness.

Making one 5x10 table requires (3) 5x10 sheets. The table is undersized on the length by 0.25" to give 1/8" of room on all sides when being cut from a 60.25" x 120" sheet. The true table size is 60" wide by 119.75" long.

Legs are to be constructed from 3x3 steel tubing. Base structure is designed to be constructed from 2x2" square tubing. Files are included to make caster mounting brackets for 3x3 square tube.
