These 50x100x150mm block files are designed to be cut from 6mm thick steel.

The parts are self-aligning or self jigging (the parts locate themselves), simply clamp them together and weld. 

Slot and tab interfaces have a 0.1mm clearance for accurate alignment.

Designed to be a simple welding project that can be useful for a lifetime.

Included model versions: 

• One version with 16mm clearance holes (16.1mm) on a 50% grid spacing. 
• One version with 16mm clearance holes (16.1mm) on a full 25mm grid spacing.
