This is a digital file download including DXF cut files and a PDF guide to cut, bend and weld up your own post brackets for hardware store 4x4's (3.5"x3.5" nominal dimension).

These brackets have been designed to be cut on most CNC plasma, waterjet and laser cutting machines. They include corner reliefs and self-aligning tabs to make part fit up and welding easy.

The brackets are designed to be cut from 1/8" or 3mm thick steel as detailed in the guide.

This L bracket is intended to form outer 90 degree corners with 4x4's on various structures such as pergolas.
