Build your own 30 Ton press from 1/2" or 12mm steel plate and a commonly available 30 Ton bottle jack. Smaller bottle jacks such as 10T and 20T can also be used in this press frame.

These plans feature 50 detailed pages of part and assembly drawings as well as the DXF cut files for all flat CNC cut parts.

The press features a height adjustable platform for pressing small to large parts.

This press stands just over 6' tall and is designed to sit on the floor.

This tool is intended to be used by people with shop experience - the build plans do not detail how to use the press.

The slot and tab features have a 0.02" - 0.04" clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well. Plasma users may need to clean up the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table.

This project requires welding and CNC cutting.
