These 123 block files are designed to be cut from 1/8" (0.125") thick steel.

The parts are self-aligning or self jigging (the parts locate themselves), simply clamp them together and weld. 

Slot and tab interfaces have a 0.005" clearance for accurate alignment.

Designed to be a simple welding project that can be useful for a lifetime.

Included model versions: 

• One version with 1/4" clearance holes (0.255").
  
• One version with no holes for maximum squareness (holes can distort the material).
