This welding table file bundle is designed for 12mm steel - see my other listings for different material thickness versions. 

These DIY welding tables have been designed to be cut on laser, waterjet and plasma CNC machines. The components interlock with tab and slot features which make for easy assembly and an accurate end result. You are encouraged to clamp or bolt the table top assembly together before welding it out for maximum flatness.

Additional Details

Leg + base structure is designed to be constructed from square tubing. Files are included to make caster mounting brackets for 50x50mm, 60x60mm or 75x75mm square tube. 

Cut files are included for the lower shelves, intended to be cut from 1.5mm sheet or similar. 

This cut file package includes high quality PDF plans to aid in the assembly of these tables.

Bonus files are also included for cutting your own simple fixturing accessories, which can be nested inside of the web cutouts in the table structure if you are cutting with a laser.
