Make your own Metric 1200x600mm welding fixture table from 12mm steel plate and 50x50mm or larger square steel tubing. 1.5mm steel sheet is recommended for the lower shelf.

Bonus files are included to make a variety of simple fixture table accessories, that can be conveniently nested within the cut out openings in the table bracing structure, if you are cutting with laser. Plasma users will likely have to nest the accessories in other areas of the sheet.

Standard holes are sized at 16.0mm and are spaced 50mm apart on center.

These plans feature detailed pages of assembly drawings as well as the DXF cut files for all flat CNC cut parts.

This table stands at 1036mm tall including the adjustable heavy duty swiveling castors it is designed to use.

The table is intended to be assembled and used by people with shop experience - the build plans do not detail how to use the table.

The slot and tab features have a 0.25mm clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well.

Plasma users may need to clean up any burrs around the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table.
