Make your own ANSI #50 or 520 or 530 sprockets in various sizes with these DXF cut files.

Cut the sprockets from 0.25-0.375" steel (thickness selection depends on your chain type, see chart image) and weld it to a shaft hub, then grind a slight angle on the teeth for best performance.
