This listing is for PDF plans and DXF cut files to make your own inside corner jigs for welding fixture tables from 1/4" or 6mm steel plate, to be CNC cut and welded together by yourself.

Two sizes are included; a 12" x 12" corner square, and an 8" x 8" corner square.

The 5/8" holes are sized at 0.630" / 16mm and are spaced 2" apart on center.

The slot and tab features have a 0.02" - 0.04" clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well.

Plasma users may need to clean up the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table.

This project requires welding and CNC cutting.
