Make your own grinder or buffer pedestal stand with bolt through-base with these DXF files and PDF plans.

The design is intended to use a 3" or 75mm tube for the post, and 3/8" or 10mm steel for the CNC cut interlocking parts. 

The slot and tab features have a 0.02" - 0.04" clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well. Plasma users may need to clean up the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table.
