Make your own EGR delete plates for Volkswagen ALH TDI engines with this DXF cut file.

The plate blocks the exhaust gas recirculation valve from allowing exhaust gasses into the intake manifold, which causes carbon build up and poor engine performance over time.

The plate also fits the EGR fitting on the turbo manifold and the EGR cooler system.

This project requires CNC waterjet / laser / plasma cutting.
