This listing is for PDF plans and DXF cut files to make your own adjustable angle plate welding tools, which can interface with 0.625", 0.630" or 16mm hole welding fixture tables, to be cut from 1/4" steel plate and welded together yourself.

These adjustable angle tools allow you to set the plate at an angle between 0 - 90 degrees and tighten it in place with a 0.375" or 10mm bolt through the pivot point.

The tools feature self aligning tabs for easier part fit up and welding.

The design can work with metric or imperial fasteners, to use M10 bolts in the pivot point you will need to slightly drill out the holes or alternatively, enlarge them on your cnc program before cutting.

The slot and tab features have a 0.02" - 0.04" clearance, which should suit laser and waterjet tables very well. Plasma users may need to clean up the tabs if the fit up is tight, depending on the accuracy of your plasma table.
