This is a digital file download including DXF cut files and PDF guides to cut, bend and weld up your own post brackets for hardware store 4x4's (3.5"x3.5" nominal dimension).

The bracket files in this kit are for building your own frame with 6-12 pitch trusses, the brackets slide around 4x4 posts and are secured with 0.25" lag bolts.

You can make the structure as long or short as you wish.

These brackets have been designed to be cut on most CNC plasma, waterjet and laser cutting machines. They include corner reliefs and self-aligning tabs to make part fit up and welding easy.

The brackets are designed to be CNC cut from 1/8" or 3mm thick steel and welded as detailed in the instructions.
