This listing is for DXF cut files to make your own 25 x 50 x 75 mm fixture blocks for welders and fabricators.

These 25x50x75 block files are designed to be cut from 6mm thick steel.

The parts are self-aligning or self jigging (the parts locate themselves), simply clamp them together and weld. 

Slot and tab interfaces have a 0.1mm clearance for accurate alignment.

Designed to be a simple welding project that can be useful for a lifetime.

Included model versions: 

• One version with a centered 16mm clearance hole (16.1mm).
• One version with no holes for maximum squareness (holes can distort the material).
